Thank you for considering At Your Service Nursing & Home Care to provide care for yourself or your loved ones.
At Your Service Nursing & Home Care is OPEN, and we have the capacity to take on new cases at this time.
We continue to have the ability to start most cases within 24 to 48 hours.
The At Your Service team is doing our best to keep our clients, their families, and care staff safe during the outbreak that is currently affecting our community.
- Before each scheduled shift, care staff are screened for symptoms or potential COVID-19 exposure. Should there be an issue with their screen, we immediately work to re-staff the case.
- Care staff are provided with the ability and resources to remain home, and are not able to work with clients until cleared to do based on current CDC guidelines.
- We have worked to incorporate additional infection control procedures, and are working to ensure that care staff are provided with PPE supplies as needed.
- Care staff continue to provide At Your Service’s standard of care, while ensuring that they continue to practice proper infection control measures.
- They are regularly reminded of infection control protocol, and have resources available to them anytime as well as 24/7 support from a dedicated team.
As an extra precaution, we are working to make flu shots available to all active care staff.
We are always working to review and adjust our infection control and safety protocols based on the latest information in a continuously evolving situation. We work to ensure we are always abiding by the latest state and federal guidelines.
Finally, we are in regular communication with facilities in which we provide supplemental care on order to ensure we are abiding by their guidelines and are working to mitigate any potential issues as they arise.
As always, the At Your Service team is available to be a resource for the community. Please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time. Whether general home care questions, or questions pertaining to our services- we are happy to help! While our office team is primarily working from home to keep our clients, their families, care staff, and our community as a whole safe- we are always available by phone, video conference, or in-person by appointment.

At Your Service Nursing & Home Care Introduces New Service – FLU CHECK CONNECT!
FLU CHECK CONNECT was developed in response to the strain on healthcare resources, and in response to community feedback that they’d love someone to check in on their vulnerable loved ones at home, but would like minimal community exposure.
FLU CHECK CONNECT utilizes remote monitoring devices (namely, a no-touch thermometer- but there’s a good deal of devices available for all kinds of monitoring/assistance,) to monitor members of our community and keep them healthy and safe. The goal of FLU CHECK CONNECT is to still be able to monitor the health and safety of members of our community while limiting their outside exposure as much as possible. FLU CHECK CONNECT accomplishes this in a few ways:
-Provision and set-up of Telehealth equipment.
>This equipment is primarily used to monitor the client. Data is sent to our office, as well as any designated contacts. That said, the equipment could also be used to screen anyone else entering the home, great for care providers!
>We have the ability to monitor:
>>>There’s also the ability to consult with a doctor via the base of the unit, at the push of a button- as well as the opportunity to email back and forth with a specialist, if need-be.
-Monitoring of the resulting data.
-Up to three in-person visits/week to monitor:
This all comes at a low monthly fee, and we are able to demo the system in person or over scheduled video/phone calls with those needing more information.
If you or a loved one could benefit from our new FLU CHECK CONNECT service- or if you have any questions about this service, we’d love to help! Give us a call at (707) 573-1003 today! We are always available and happy to assist our community.
In an attempt to continue to be a Home Care resource for our community, while also doing our part to flatten the curve, we have made some adjustments to our Office hours and procedures.
-At Your Service Nursing & Home Care is still OPEN and able to take on new clients at this time.
-Our operating hours remain unchanged. We are open from 8:30A-5P daily.
-We can be reached at (707) 573-1003. Listen carefully to the options as our phone directory has been updated.
-We continue to be able to see members of our community in person at our office by appointment only. Please call in advance, so that we may make arrangements to have a staff member available.
-For those with questions about our services, or for members of our community who need a free in-home assessment or consultation, we continue to have the availability to do these by appointment only. Please give us a call to schedule an assessment if needed. For those interested, we are also now offering new virtual consultations! Please call to inquire.
