We hope you are all healthy and safe! Here at AYS, it continues to be business as usual! We continue to have the capacity to take on new cases, and have immediate availability!
The office staff are all available by phone during regular business hours (8:30A-5P) and are working remotely in an effort to help our community mitigate infection risk.
We are able to meet at our office by appointment and are still able to assist with in-person consultations.
That said, we are also now able to provide virtual assessments!
Call our office at (707) 573-1003 ext. 1 for more information!
We still have spaces open for our FLU CHECK CONNECT program! As a reminder, FLU CHECK CONNECT allows for remote monitoring for yourself or a loved one from the comfort of your home, with minimal outside exposure. This service includes regular temperature monitoring (with the ability to monitor additional health indicators, ask us how!) as well as up to three in-person visits a week. During FLU CHECK CONNECT in-person visits, we do in-person checks, as well as food and medication checks. The devices used with the FLU CHECK CONNECT service also include Telehealth monitoring and the ability to connect with a health care professional from the comfort of home. If you’re interested or have questions, give our office a call today! Spaces are limited.
This week, clients will see office staff popping by to drop off additional PPE/safety equipment to their homes for care-staff use. This is to keep our clients and care staff safe. Care staff will be using PPE every shift. If you are a client of ours needing equipment or supplies but are having trouble acquiring them, please reach out to our office so we can ensure you are taken care of.
As always, we want to help our community in any way possible. If there’s anything you need or any way we could be a source of support, please reach out anytime! (707) 573-1003 [email protected]
Thank you all. On behalf of the entire AYS team, stay safe!
